My mission is to provide meaningful, conscientious, thorough, clinically competent, safe, and loving care to all individuals who entrust me with their life/spirit/and health goals in an efficient, comfortable, and affordable manner.
Jennifer is a lifetime caregiver. Beginning in childhood, she has cared for sentient beings around her; being the primary caregiver for her family’s pets. With the goal of dedicating her life’s work to helping others, she began her post-secondary education seeking a degree in psychology. During her psychology training, her life was forever changed with the death of her brother from cancer 12 weeks after he was diagnosed. It was during this experience with her brother that Jennifer had the enlightenment: she is to become an exceptional nurse! While completing her degree in psychology, Jennifer began taking prerequisite courses for nursing and enrolled in nursing school the following winter semester.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has worked extensively in the areas of Oncology, Geriatrics, Palliative Care, and Wellness/Health Promotion. Her career path has been “A Path with Heart”. In every setting, Jennifer has been an attentive provider seeking to hear the needs of anyone before her providing a plan to meet their needs. She strives to know the spirit of the human being before her, seeking to support the highest good of each Individual Spirit. Jennifer’s goal is to promote the highest quality of life for all receiving her care.

Over her 25 years in healthcare, Jennifer has witnessed the miracles and limitations of using medications and other treatment modalities to treat many chronic conditions or symptoms. As it is known that approximately 75-90% of primary healthcare visits have emotional distress as the root origin to the presenting problem, she has long sought intervention to effectively improve emotional health. Many conditions are traditionally treated with use of medications and extensive therapies to keep symptoms at a manageable level. Most medications have side effects especially when taken with other medications. Even with years of treatment for many mental health conditions, many people persist with symptoms.
With discovery of (LENS) Low Energy Neurofeedback Systems, Jennifer became excited and inspired! LENS is a noninvasive intervention that is highly impactful, affordable, with no significant side effects. The more she experienced LENS, she came to feel compelled to become a trained provider of LENS in order to greatly impact the quality of life for all those receiving her care.
Jennifer goes to great lengths to ensure her clients receive the best and most thorough care. As a nurse/NP, Jennifer has at the core of her training the imperative to assess the entire human condition. This basic value was enhanced with her advanced training and career experience in Palliative Care and Occupational and Environmental Health. Jennifer highly values the impact of your emotional, social, and spiritual well-being on the expression of your total health and functioning in your life. |
